I am Roger Parr and I have worked in the computer industry since 1973, primarily for Computer Field Maintenance Ltd before co-founding Cerco Training Ltd in 1989.  Now retired, I live in Nantwich, Cheshire and have volunteered for a number of charities, helping clients with their computers, smartphones, tablets and other technology.  I also run a monthly online Computer Club - click the Computer Club tab to find out more.  Over the years I have produced the documents you find listed on this site.  If anyone finds these documents useful for themselves or to help others, they are welcome to use them.
